Kelewele Spices

A little bit of all-natural kelewele mixed goes a long way. Mix a good amount of kelewele spice with oil to form a paste. Apply the paste and a pinch of salt to cut up plantain and mix. Leave for 15 minutes then fry till golden brown and serve.
